Ed was NOT the realtor who first contacted me after I was approved for my loan. I was spammed by all kinds of Realtors. When Ed did contact me he set himself apart with his knowledge of everything home purchase oriented. On top of that he went above and beyond to make sure as a first time buyer that I understood every step of the process. He went out of his way to answer questions and guide me step by step thru the process. I cannot state enough how nervous I was when I first started getting spammed by Realtors who only seemed interested in how much I was approved for not what I wanted and Ed was the opposite, with him I knew I was going to find the home I wanted without the used car dealer type experience. Ed is an absolute gem. Please recognize him in some way professionally to thank him for helping this disabled vet find and purchase my perfect home.
